Although there was a little QRN, I suspect conditions at 185.3 must've been 
a bit better tonight than last night. Excellent copy of SIW, with not a lot 
of fading.

Down at 185.297, there were occasional bits of carrier earlier in the 
evening, whose timing was consistent with TAG in Morse.  However, I never 
saw a complete letter, so I couldn't say for sure.  Much fading on that 
signal, whatever it was, and it eventually didn't return any more while I 
was watching..

SJ was a definite ID tonight.  Capture of that one soon...
