[Lowfer] WG2XSR/3 Until 2300Z

Only saw fuzz at the target frequency out here on the prairie...but it was 
at least clustered around the right place.  I'll go back out in a little 
while and try to take advantage of the extended post-sunset hours.

A also looked for MP on 137 but had no luck until 6:32 PM CDT.  It looked 
like it was coming out of an unusually deep pre-sunset fade.

HiFER was nearly dead this afternoon, incidentally.  Only EH showed up.
