[Lowfer] 72 KHz Friendsville Grabber

Greetings all: In the hopes of being an aid to the 5 XRS stations experimenting on
72 KHz; I have started my online grabber again.. It may not be active 24/7, but I 
will try to keep it online as much as I can, and especially during periods of request
that I can accomodate.. My server PC is not a dedicated server, so it will be in use 
for other activities also, and the grabber won't be online during those times..

It should refresh approximately every 15 minutes.. I haven't used this version of ARGO
before, so I will be experimenting with the visual settings for a while until I get them
where I like them..
