Sorry, no kits or assembled units. It was really just a 'how to' piece like most things on my
website - not an advertisement of things for sale.
It appears there is a typo on the schematic (thanks Pat) - the correct ferrite sleeve part number is
2675102002. The good news is that Mouser has the sleeves in stock as well as the 3.9 uF capacitors.
That leaves the RG-400 which I can supply in limited quantities at my cost plus shipping.
