[Lowfer] WG2XRS/4 NY on 72.401 for few hours...

Despite local QRM (vertical stripes in attached), I (in Fredericksburg, VA
using a 26-inch E-field probe) see both WG2XRS/4 (72.401 ) and WG2XRS/5
(72.400).  Attached cut from Argo (receiver was set for 71.581 usb).
