[Lowfer] WG2XRS/4 NY on 72.401 for few hours...

My interference from earlier in the week seems to be gone.  
I see both 72.400 and 72.401.    Attempts to copy yields many deeps fades
and what looks like wrong characters because of that.  For example XRS5 just
looked like XNS5 (see on 72.400).   I am assuming I am seeing  XRS4 on
72.401 but have not made out an ID.  Condions seem to be improving at the
moment.
