[Lowfer] Lowfer transmitter testing

Currently transmitting on 466.2 KHz CW beacon at about 300 watts. That's where the antenna is tuned and its raining so ill leave it there until I can retune. Will also transmit some QRSS3 later if the transmitter holds up ok. Can increase power to 1 KW if thing text out. Reports are appreciated.
