Hi All: I started to see some short to medium term fading on Dex's 72.4 kHz signal in the 0500 to 0600 UTC time frame. The fading and signal levels were about the same through 0730 UTC. WWVB was coming in stronger on the EWE on my second receiver at the time than earlier in the evening....

The SW end of the EWE does not have a CM choke that is optimized for VLF like the NE end (reduced performance below 100kHz) so there was some likely snake antenna effect as well with 175ft RG6 cables.
I should have that issue resolved a some point this fall....
