Thanks Dex , I couldn't find any information on the testing that you all
were doing and so I gave him a list of European frequencies that I found
. So it is my error that he has it on that frequency .
ANY information would be appreciated . I did tell him I thought that it
was weather issues that were the reason that I hadn't seen any frequency
announcements and time of operation . I told him I didn't think anyone
had a 24/7 beacon on yet .
I will talk to him in a few minutes and if I can get the information on
the USA center frequency and mode being used , I'll have him make the
change to the correct frequency .
As soon as the weather noise clears here I will also put a receiver on
that frequency and see about putting it on the net 24/7 also . (Still a
possibility of yet another week of rain and storms here , never seen the
likes of it in my lifetime in Oklahoma in the summer) Hmmm maybe they
need to turn HAARP back on . <grin>
Station and license information would also be appreciated . I am getting
ready for winter and will soon be filing for another part 5 license for
all of the frequencies that you are experimenting on . I am going to get
some help from Warren and some others this time when I do , so I can get
the frequencies that I want .
I played around a lot last winter with my part 15 beacons on different
frequencies and modes and making a lot of different antennas . Charles
would have one of his grabbers devoted to what we were experimenting
with at the time , way away from the watering holes so as not to bother
anyone else . I ran pretty much 24/7 from the start of the year on , so
it was great to have a great grabber and designer dedicated to my
station and letting us gather a lot of data in several different areas
for both the transmit and receive end .
