[Lowfer] EAR in Friendsville

Looked for " EAR " overnight. Static was a bear, by morning, it dropped to 
about 2-1/2 times the winter level, so surprised I even saw any signal trace.
Can make only a couple of characters over a 2 hour period.- Andy KU4XR
