[Lowfer] Icom R75 Frequency Jumps

In the R-75 there are tuned circuits that follow where the tripler is injected so harmonics / 
fundamental rejection is not an issue. What is a bigger issue is the phase noise of the tripler. 
This needs to be kept to an absolute minimum - unless you like phase noise on your LO ;~0. That's 
why I went with Charles Wenzel's circuit ... Charles is the 'wizzard' of low phase noise.
