JR,

There's a lot of static, with storms headed toward us from NY state. 
Agreed about the difference from 137 - much noisier. Also, this 
frequency range is in the fundamental area for a lot of switching 
supplies. But I'm sure that the fall/winter static conditions will be a 
lot more favorable for us.

The next step here would be to make up a proper output coupling network 
for the Hafler. I made a bunch of changes to the loop tuning unit, but 
there is a limit to how much I want to futz up in the shack that has to 
be undone before returning to 137.
