John;It started several months ago when I asked Warren to tender an application for 73 kHz operation. I noticed the staff at the experimental branch of the FCC was interested in seeing some possible uses for the longer wave bands. Well, we hams can put some long wave fire to the wire-whatayathink? Got the authorization today. Many modes including SSB even! 68 thru 76 kHz-no thin sliver! Warren pulled out all the stops. John Andrews, Jay Rusgrove, Dex Mcintire, Warren, and myself are parties to this CP/License. Shoot Warren an e mail for a copy of the license.Bob, W2ZM, WG2XRS/4, etc...
