I prefer SeaTTY most of the time.  The Frisnit Navtex program is free 
and a great place to start, its the only one that will decode the Japan 
Navtex stations, which we can copy usually starting late Oct and peaking 
in Early Dec.  Yand is free and as a lot of bells and whistles, works 
great.
