[Lowfer] 137/136 QRSS 60 open tonite...

Bob, conditions here were again quite noisy. On 137 kHz copied MP and 
XEB fine, but nothing seen of NA. That was surprising because NDB DF in 
NL on 350 kHz was fairly good. As was NDB NY in BC, yet nothing was seen 
of VE7BDQ on 136 kHz either. On the positive side, weak traces from 
DK7FC were noted around 0300Z.
