[Lowfer] 'SL' Beacon Tonight

With a Kp of zero at present, it looks as though the auroral activity has 
dies down somewhat for now. I will fire-up again tonight (around local 
sunset) and try to run until 0700Z or later. I have retuned the antenna to 
the European Window and will be on:

136172.35 / 137172.65 DFCW60

If John (BDQ) is on, we should both fit into the same screen tonight.
