[Lowfer] VE7BDQ sending "T" ~136.173 kHz

First time have had such solid copy - and purely by accident.
While I had left receiver on overnight - looking for DK7FC - I found this
solid signal.  Please ignore the frequency - obviously calibration on my ARGO is off !

The first clip  one shows quick appearance at about 0700Z, 
and the second shows a solid 1-12 hour until 0830Z.
