[Lowfer] HiFER Overnight in SE KS

JD, thanks for the lowfer and hifer reports of my beacons. The hifer has 
been off-the-air for longer stints than usual so that I can copy digital 
SSTV on 14.233 MHz. The latest EasyPal software sure makes copying 
pictures easy. I listened to the HF watering hole briefly this morning 
and saw EH quite strong. NC was in there too, though rather weak, and 
nothing was seen from USC.
