[Lowfer] DK7FC tonite

Hi All: From 0110Z through about 0140Z this evening DK7FC was peaking -64 to -68 on the ARGO waterfall
 about 10 to 15 dB above background noise.  Currently in a fade out interval below the noise at
 0215Z here in EN90xn.  If tonite is any repeat his signal will come back in the 0300 to 0500
time frame. Last nite I also had very strong LW BC signals on 162 and 183 (S8) around 0400Z
and BCs were heard on 171 (Q5), 198 and 234 (Q3~4).
