[Lowfer] FW: Invisible dog fence LF and MF interference is 0.5oz of C4 the answer?

Is this one of those systems where there is a wire with an LF signal
placed on it, and the dog wears a collar? If the dog crosses the wire,
the collar gives the dog an electric shock?

I never cared for those systems. I always thought there must be a
better way of controlling your dog than giving it an electric shock.
