Lee - thanks - the unit that is causing this racket is an Innotek "Dog Smart" unit about 7 years old - AC walwart with AA battery back up

Im conversing with the vendor but it appears this multivibrator with a tooned output tranny is a little wider than it should be - quite where its supposed to be centered frequency wise has me baffled - Im awaiting a field fox analyser but on a portable radio its from 100K to 10MHz when within 10ft :-(

The loop shown in the underloop jpg has a resistance of about 12ohm and >20Mohms to Earth so thats fine - running parallel to the underground utilities isnt so good -

Now I know what Im looking for Ive identified another similar signature from another house just 200m away - another wideband unit These dang fenceless dog devices maybe part 15 but talk about a racket...

Its been with me since Ive moved in but I finally got fed up and located the source as it put all sorts of lines across the screen. The pulses are nearly at 9khz multiples. OK if you want to listen something in between but Im hit hard at 474kHz, hence or fence why Im going on the offensive
