Hi,

I am NOT on the air at 600 meters but my pipe dream has always included
a separate receiving antenna. I think the original post about dumping a
couple of KW into one of the XYL's hair pins or other inefficient
antenna to get 1 Watt ERP was more in a humorous vein (there is always
hope). On the other hand a quarter wave ground plane elevated 4
wavelengths above ground is not very likely, either.
