[Lowfer] RXTX Ensemble - 137 and 500 Khz bands

A note to LowFers....Tony Parks KB9YIG is preparing boards to modify the 
RXTX Ensemble to operate on the
2200 and 600 meter bands.  The prototypes should be ready by end of 
September.
