[Lowfer] MSK activity on 27.2 kHz

Couldn't make out two distinct sources here, rather looked like one 
TACAMO source. But rather than being centered on 27.2 kHz (a common 
frequency) it was centered on 27.4 kHz. The signal dropped briefly and 
when it came back aroujnd 001925Z it was strongly and centered at 27.2 
kHz. Perhaps the 27.4 kHz was the result of using a wider waterfall 
bandwidth so I didn't see 2 sources. Anyway, as I write this the 27.2 
kHz TACAMO signal is coming in well.
