[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 in WSJT-X JT9-2 mode

WE2XGR/3 will be running about 50 Hz above Jay for a while, same mode, 
JT9-2. I'm using "WE3XGR" to get around the "/3" problem.

The only trouble I'm having is that the PTT properly turns on on the 
first transmission, and then won't let go, so you can't receive without 
exiting the program and restarting, or pulling off the serial cable. For 
beacon use, it's OK, but a QSO would sure be cumbersome.
