[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 in WSJT-X JT9-2 mode

WE2XGR/2 is beaconing (actually calling CQ but not looking for answers as I'll be out for the next 
couple hours) in WSJT-X  JT9-2 mode on 494.400 kHz dial (+1450) ... currently about 20 watts but 
will increase power later this evening. Reports are appreciated.
