Hi All: I seemed to have captured TAG this morning on 185.297 kHz with ~650Hz BFO offset. Delta F is from the converter and radio being only several feet away from my 125,000 BTU furnace cycling on and off at the time. I will put a foam bootie around the VLF converter xtal and see if that helps--- I did that to several xtals in my FT-847 (IF receiver) when I upgraded the IF filters a few years ago and the stability improvement was noticeable.....Lots of QRN last nite and this morning and fading as well. It took four screen captures to copy something looking close to all three TAG characters on one screen. MF conditions to south were good last night with dozens of 50mw WF2XXQ WSPR decodes here on 495.9 kHz....
