[Lowfer] TAG Daytime

Tried checking TAG with the big loop that's oriented EW.  Could see an 
unidentifiable trace every now and then but that was it.  I built a 
PA0RDT Mini-Whip last night and hooked it up today.  It's 30' up on 
steel TV mast but mounted in a piece of PVC pipe.  I added a 30" piece 
of wire to the circuit board antenna.  It doesn't work too bad and I was 
able to see TAG at 135 miles.
The receiver is an SDR-IQ.
