[Lowfer] overnight

No computer reboot here, but didn't notice anything at the lowfer
watering hole other than a hint of what might have been WMS just above
185.301 kHz.

However, conditions to the west were fairly good around 1000Z. DGPS
stations on 291 kHz (ID054, NM), 302 kHz (ID263, CA), 303 kHz (ID174,
UT), 312 kHz (ID074, NV), and 320 kHz (ID264, CA) UT) decoded. NDB MOG
in CA on 404 kHz LSB wasn't impressive, but LLD on 353 kHz from HI was
about as strong. Even managed a correlation peak on POA, 332 kHz. That's
a tough one due to local NDB HK with nearly the same offset and
interval. Switched to 518 kHz Navtex in time to decode messages from
Astoria, OR beginning at 1140Z.
