[Lowfer] MP XKO in CT

Home for lunch and ran the SDR-IQ and Argo.  Had a great sig fom XKO but 
I blew the capture.  This is on the big loop that's oriented E-W.  I 
also received XKO yesterday afternoon.  MP is very weak today.
I suppose the CME has a lot to do with it.
