[Lowfer] Analog VS SDR LF comparison

The stability discussion spurred my curiosity about how well the OCXOs 
in lowfer SIW and my SDR-IQ external clock are performing. Attached is a 
2-hour section of reception over a 23 mile path using ARGO at QRSS600. 
Since SIW is being keyed (alternating between QRSS30 and QRSS60), 
sidebands are expected.
