[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 in Opera OP4 mode

WE2XGR/2 will be transmitting in Opera OP4 mode until 0100Z (weather permitting). Dial frequency is 
494.400 (USB) - same as WSPR. Both Opera and WSPR programs can run at the same time on a single 
sound card as they both use the same sampling rate. Opera reports are automatically 
uploaded/downloaded to each user (assuming the computer is connected to the internet). The most 
current version of Opera is 1.4.7 and can be downloaded at:
