[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

Got a partial copy of the 0915Z message from $04H, Curacao, Netherlands 
Antilles. Haven't heard that station for quite some time, no doubt due 
to overlap with $04H(!) Wiarton, Canada - same time slot, same ID. But 
last night Wiarton sent "no message on hand" at 0911Z and quickly went qrt.

Also, noticed the alpha stations coming in again on VLF and CKN on 124 
kHz. Haven't noticed NPM on 21.4 kHz for quite some time, even when NWC 
on 19.8 kHz is strong. Perhaps it's undergoing a major overhaul.

WE2XGR/2 was in good enough to copy the CW weakly with full sideband 
bandwidth by 0200Z. WF2XXQ on 495.9 kHz WSPR was seen weakly Oct 6 
around 0800Z but not last night.

My lowfer and hifer stations seem to have kept running correctly while I 
was out of town.
