[Lowfer] EAR in daylight report

Thanks J.B., Well, I'm trying to evaluate how well it does "hear" and there 
may have been some enhancement as the A index dropped this morning.  I'm 
hearing MP on 137.78  (0145Z Oct 4) now in the -50 dB to -65 dB peak range 
on the ARGO waterfall this evening.  I'll check EAR mid-day tomorrow and for 
several days and see what kind of average signal level I encounter.
