Doug,
   I definitely see the "WD2" part, and since I don't think anyone else is 
using that part of the band it is very likely my signal, but I guess not 
'official' without the XGJ.

That is the x-tal controlled transmitter, perhaps I will fire up a different 
rig tomorrow.
