I still not sure what is going on with my WSPR setup. I  made sure that my clock was accurate and tried again. I could not hear your signal later on but could see it on the waterfall but did not get a decode. After about 5 transmissions, you shut down for the night and I tried Juan's station.but got nothing on the waterfall.

The set up decodes the sample file just fine and the clock is synchronized properly. Maybe the later signal was not strong enough.
