After I sent that I noticed that the request was only going to supply
YOUR organization's data.  I hope that someone from ARRL or the like
is making a request for at a minimum the general location and number
of users in the proposed ham band.    The proposed ham band is a
narrow slice of the spectrum they use for PLC.  I'm wondering if it
may be that there are no users of that specific spectrum at all.


I also see that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has been
pressing utilities to improve cybersecurity of the grid.  I'm hoping
that some of these efforts would make interference from a proposed ham
band no longer be an issue.

I think we can assume the power utilities will again work against the
proposed ham band and we need to be able to counter their arguments
ahead of time.  Especially if they want to get revenge over hams
complaining so much about BPL.

If nothing has changed since 2002 I'm afraid this proposal will meet
with the same fate as the previous one.
