24-500KHz range so what we need to find out is which ones use the
137KHz range.

UTC maintains a database of what frequencies are being used where.  I
checked into getting a copy of that database but I'm not sure they
would give it to just an interested person.  You can request a copy

It would be helpful to maybe publish a list of where power companies
are using the spectrum around the proposed ham band, not to mention
73khz, 160-190khz and around 470-500khz if that list is allowed to be
made public.
