[Lowfer] MP XKO in CT

MP and XKO are still coming in fine to NE IL too, well after sunrise. 
Like others, unfortunately nothing noted from AK. Seemed promising last 
evening as the Astoria, OR Navtex station on 518 kHz decoded early 
(0340Z). However, by 0510Z when Tofino, BC decoded it was weak. A cold 
front was passing through, dropping the temperature from 60 F to 25 F, 
with winds up to 50 mph. Found all the neighbor's garbage bins 
overturned when I looked out this morning.
