Lowfer SJ was in here good enough to copy at 0840Z. Although fairly 
quiet, propagation seemed down. To the west decoded Astoria, OR on 518 
kHz Navtex but it was weak and with QSB. NDBs NY on 350 kHz and MOG on 
404 kHz were barely noticeable. To the south did get a DGPS decode from 
the station in Panama on 302 kHz and Puerto Rico on 518 kHz Navtex was 
good copy just after sunset.
