[Lowfer] MP antenna on 137780.55

Seems to be working. After some captures at the HiFER watering hole earlier 
in the afternoon (where I saw NC, EH, the SIW siblings, and MP) while doing 
some work on the farm, I tuned down to 137.78 and saw MP quite nicely, along 
with...somebody??  Attached.

Would've liked to watch longer, but I had to get back to town before the 
hardware store closed for the holiday.  The notebook computer took a while 
to charge back up, but it's ready again now, so I'll head back out to the 
field for another look at 1750 and 2200 m.
