[Lowfer] FCC Proposes 137kHz ham band (1W EIRP)

Is this legit?

If so, I'm a very happy camper. :-)

I did not think there was any talk at all about a U.S. 137 kHz "ham band".

I was under the impression that all the hoopla was over the proposed
500(ish) kHz band, which I am kinda "meh" about.
