[Lowfer] SJ at EN52 pre-sunrise

Copied lowfer SJ using QRSS30 ARGO setting a bit before local sunrise. 
Earlier traces from AR and TAG were evident but not good enough to copy 
the IDs.

Again there was plenty of 475 kHz WSPR activity over night. All 4 
transmitting stations (WG2XJM, WG2XIQ, WG2XKA, and WF2XXQ [on 495 kHz]) 
decoded here.
