Lowfer SJ is again active from East Haven, CT, FN31nh. The frequency is 
185.303 kHz and the mode is QRSS20. Saw the signal here weakly from 
about 0400Z when the watering hole was tuned in. Best copy was around 
0730Z. Had to use a small loop rather than an e-probe to reduce overload 
from local SIW beacon. That precludes seeing AR but didn't notice TAG 
either.
