Got home late last night and let SeaTTY run until sunrise decoding
Navtex messages on 518 kHz. As others have noted, conditions have
improved nicely. Got west coast decodes from San Francisco ($12C), Long
Beach ($12Q), Astoria ($12W), Prince Rupert ($12D), and Tofino ($12H).
The usual area 4 stations were in there, but also Upernavik/Disko
Island, Greenland ($04I).

On the subject of decoders (discussed under "490 kHz HUGE signa"), my
experience agrees with what Jay, W1VD noted some time ago: SeaTTY
decodes better than everything else I know of, including YAND5.6. I
seldom use paid software because free software can usually be found that
performs as well. That's not the case here although perhaps the latest
version of YAND is improved.
