Hi Mitch,

Thanks for the links.  I'm currently running Navtex Decoder on the W98 box and it does what I want.
If I could get an original set of disks or CD-ROM for W2K I'd update the old girl, as I've been told
that it was the best version of Windows that was ever released.  All subsequent versions just
added "bling" but didn't really accomplish more.
