[Lowfer] SIW thru the static

This capture was between 4 to 5 am EST, I was asleep then, but sure the static
had quieted some.. I was seeing traces, and some identifiable characters
even at 1 am EDST during the 15 dB over static.. This shows both a QRSS-60
followed by a QRSS-30 sequence.. Easy to see, 60 wins the race..
