[Lowfer] WD2XSH/7 Now on Winter Beacon Schedule

WD2XSH/7 has switched to the winter Beacon operating schedule of 24
hours per day, 7 days per week.

The operating  frequency is 476.300 KHz, +/- a bit.

The message sequence is as follows:

The loop begins with a 39 second long 15 WPM ID of "VVV VVV VVV de
WD2XSH/7 WD2XSH/7 WD2XSH/7," then 5 seconds of silence, then  a PSK-31
loop runs for 2:15. This is followed by a 60 seconds of silence, then a
10 WPM CW loop which runs for 3:28, and finally a 60 second pause before
the loop repeats.

RF power is 20 W radiated.
