[Lowfer] WE2XGR/3 JT9-2 QRP

FTHOI, I parked the SDR-14 on frequency last night with the computer 
crunching away on JT9-2, but nothing was decoded.

Perhaps I'll see something if the beacon is run at QRO and/or if one of 
the "slower" JT-9 modes is used instead:  I'm game to try!
