[Lowfer] 137 and 185 kHz activity

It was rather noisy at LF last night but that didn't prevent QRSS30 copy 
of MP, XES, and NA around 137.78 kHz, along with CFH at 137 kHz. On the 
lowfer front, BR was evident on 185.57 kHz. Not strong enough to copy 
the CW but definitely in there with QRSS3 bandwidth.
